Testing & Quality Control
Our forgings are inspected to ensure a high level of quality at every manufacturing step. We control the whole process of delivered products and ensure the full traceability.
We conduct the preliminary and final inspection tests according to international standards, under the supervision of the important working inspections authorities such as bureau Veritas, DNV, GL, ABS, Lloyd’s register, RINA, TUV and many more.
Non-destructive tests
Our technicians and engineers with SNT-TC-1A LEVEL 2 and 3 and EN 473-03 qualification perform the non-destructive tests such as:
- Penetrant test
- Magnetic particle test
- Ultrasonic test
- Endoscope test of deep boring
- Visual and dimensional test
- Residual magnetic test

Chemical Laboratory performs chemical analyzes of samples from the steelmaking process, but also the following tests for:
- All materials used in production (scrap, ferro-alloys, fluxes, carburizers, lime etc.)
- Finished products
- Waste (dust, slag)
- Physical and chemical properties (density, moisture, active lime)
- Samples for estimating emissions of carbon into the atmosphere.
Chemical Laboratory carry out their own research and it is accredited by the Polish Centre of Accreditation No. AB018.
